Following our parent company’s corporate exercise in 2015, PJ Development Holdings Berhad (PJD) is now a joint subsidiary of OSK Holdings Berhad and OSK Property Holdings Berhad. The OSK Group’s business had been consolidated and redefined into five major core industries - financial services, construction, industries and hospitality. As a member of the OSK Group in the hospitality division, Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club Berhad (SGIVC) continues to fulfil its commitment of providing vacation club programmes and services to its members.

Upon completion of the corporate exercise, it is only apt that the OSK Group has a new image to reflect its renewed identity. We are happy to announce our new company name - SGI Vacation Club Berhad – which was formerly known Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club Berhad. Our previous logo also underwent a revamping exercise to bear our company’s new name and the OSK Group’s corporate colours and typeface.

Our operations and ownership remains unchanged as we now gear up on serving you better for SGI Vacation Club to progress to the next level.

Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan

Locating about 15 km north of the popular Malaysian east coast town of Kuantan, Swiss-Garden Beach Resort sits tall on a gorgeous beach lined with palm trees. Overlooking the stimulating waters of the South China Sea, this is a haven for those who plan to do nothing but enjoy peace and tranquillity of nature at its best. Windsurfing fans or even first-timers would be thrilled to know that Balok Beach, just not too far away, one of the world’s best spots for windsurfing.

On the southern side, there is the enchanting island of Tioman best known for its beaches, colourful wild flowers and majestic waterfalls cascading down the wet slopes. Tioman island is easily accessible via ferry ride from Mersing.

Finally, you can choose to make your way to the Pahang province where you’d get to watch the making of local handicrafts such as colourful batik, woodcarvings, Dara jade jewellery and exquisite shell-craft items. In Kampung Selamat, see how skilled workers weave gold and silver into their delicate silk sarongs.
